Asraf Vineyard background
This wine is produced from 100% Cabernet - Sauvignon grapes that grow in the unique climate of the galilee mountains bordering the Meron mountain range.
The grapes are grown in Asraf vineyard on a sun overhead and reflected sun rays from below.
The Fertile substrate enriches the wine's unique taste. Asraf Family keeps the traditional wine making process, performed since the First and Second Temple in Peki'in.
the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months. wine is created and filled by Lueria wineyard.

יין אסרף
יין זה יוצר מ-100% ענבי קברנה סוביניון הגדלים באקלים ייחודי בהרי הגליל המערבי הגובלים עם הרי מירון. בכרם אסרף גדלים הענבים בצורה ייחודית על מצע כורכר, המאפשר לענב לקבל חשיפה לשמש ממעל וקרינה חוזרת של השמש מתחת. שיטת הגידול משביחה את טעמו הייחודי של היין. משפחת אסרף ממשיכה את מסורת עשיית היין מתקופת בית ראשון ובית שני בפקיעין. היין השתבח בחביות עץ צרפתי 12 חודשים. היין יוצר ומולא ע"י יקב לוריא. היין כשר לכל השנה כולל פסח.
